  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream Country Crock with sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla.

  5. Cover dough and chill for 3 hours.
  6. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half to 1/8-inch thickness on a well-floured surface.
